All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Court Hub or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Platform without express written permission.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

14.1 Service Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

14.2 Liability for Events

Participation in club events, court bookings, and private lessons is at your own risk. Neither Court Hub nor participating clubs are liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during activities.

14.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Court Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Court Hub, participating clubs, their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
